Arisela Baltazar Murillo has spent more than 16 years cleaning homes. Today she runs Ari's Heavenly Touch Cleaning, a residential cleaning business serving the Oklahoma City metro.

16 years is long enough to learn that cleaning is not really about products or speed. It is about walking into someone's home and treating it the way you would want yours treated.
That is why I quote every home myself. I look at your photos, I ask what bothers you most, and I tell you what I can honestly do. When I arrive, the person you talked to is the person at your door.
I bring my own products and equipment, I work with support staff when a home needs more hands, and I only clean homes: houses, apartments and short-term rentals. No offices, no commercial buildings.
The work, up close
How I work
- You send photos of the areas you want cleaned, with the size and condition of the home.
- I review them and send a personalized estimate. No calculator, no generic price list.
- We book a day and time. Everything is by appointment, Monday to Saturday.
- I check the home when I arrive. If conditions are different from what we discussed, you hear the adjusted price before I start.
- If something was missed, send photos within 24 hours and I take care of it within 24 hours.
What I promise, and what I don't
I promise
- General liability insurance
- A reply in about 15 minutes, one hour at most, during business hours
- Homes with dogs and cats are welcome
- English and Spanish, whichever you prefer
- The same standard on the tenth visit as on the first
I won't promise
- Arriving within a couple of hours: I can't guarantee where I'll be
- Same-day, Sunday or emergency service
- A price before seeing what the home actually needs
- Offices, commercial spaces or window cleaning
