Should the home be empty?
Yes, as empty as possible. An empty home lets us reach every shelf and corner, and it keeps the price down because nothing has to be cleaned around.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Those are add-ons, quoted separately. Most move-out checklists ask for them, so tell Ari when you send your photos.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you know your moving date. Cleanings are by appointment and subject to availability, and moving weekends fill up first.
