How pricing actually works
There is no price list on this site, and that is on purpose. Here is what decides the number, and how to get yours in a few minutes.
Why there's no price list
A price list would be easier to publish and worse for you. The same "three bedroom, two bath" can be a two-hour visit or a six-hour one, and a generic number would either overcharge the tidy home or ambush the one that needs more work.
Ari prices every home herself, after seeing it. You get a number built for your house, not an average of everybody else's.
What changes the price
- The size of the home Square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathrooms move the number more than bedrooms do: they take the most time per square foot.
- The type of cleaning A regular visit, a deep clean and a move-out clean are three different jobs. The same house can take twice as long depending on which one you book.
- The condition today Two identical houses can be hours apart. Buildup in showers, grease around the stove and floors that have waited a while all add time.
- How often we come A home on a regular schedule stays ahead of the work, so recurring visits take less time than the first one.
- Add-ons you choose Inside the oven, fridge or cabinets, laundry and organization are quoted separately.
- Pets and daily life Pet hair, kids' rooms and homes where everyone is around change how a visit runs. None of it is a problem; it just has to be accounted for.

- Get your personalized estimateUsually within 15 minutes during business hours, one hour at most.
If the price changes
Ari checks the home when she arrives. If the condition is different from what was described or shown in the photos, she tells you the adjusted price before starting. Nothing is ever added to a bill after the fact.
It works the other way too: if a home turns out to be in better shape than the photos suggested, you hear that as well.
