Post-Construction
Post-construction cleaning for finished homes
The fine dust a remodel leaves behind, cleared so the house feels finished.
Real homes Tap to watch
Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it travels, and it settles again hours after the first pass. It sits on top of trim, inside cabinets, on light fixtures and along every edge of the floor. Wiping it once is never enough.
This service is for homes where the work is already done: the contractor has finished, the tools are gone and the debris has been hauled away. What is left is a house that needs to become a home again.

Questions about post-construction
Do you clean while construction is still happening?
No. The work has to be finished first. Cleaning around an unfinished job means cleaning the same dust twice, and you would pay for both.
Do you haul away debris?
No. Debris removal is not part of this service. The site should be clear of scrap and materials before the cleaning starts.
Why do you need photos for this one especially?
Because the amount of dust varies enormously between a small bathroom remodel and a whole-house renovation. Photos are the only honest way to estimate it.
